We’re seeking local P&D drivers ready to move their careers and our freight.? Competitive Pay: Experienced drivers may earn up to $33.17/hour. Overtime after 8 hours. Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance with multiple plan options to fit your needs. Employee-only coverage: Costs up to 2% of gross income. Family coverage: Cost up to 4% of gross income. 401K – 100% match up to 5% of employee’s contribution. Accrue 80 hours of PTO within the first 11 months. Holiday pay after your 90 days. Requirements

• At least 21 years old
• Class A CDL with Hazmat, Tanker, and Double/Triples endorsements.
• At least one year of verifiable commercial driving experience with similar equipment.
• Valid DOT Medical Certification.
• Must have a clean driving record. No DUI, reckless driving, or positive drug/alcohol screen in the last 3 years.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers, co-workers, and dispatch/managers.
• Basic English proficiency in reading, writing and verbal communication.

Nice To Haves

• Doubles/triples & chaining experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently tractor trailer combinations between terminals or meet points.
• Adapting to challenging conditions like inclement weather and various road conditions.
• Ability to meet the Company’s reliability standard for employees.
• Ability to chain as needed and to work in inclement weather is required.
• Availability to work weekends and/ or nights if needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
