We’re seeking local & regional line drivers ready to move their careers and our freight.? Competitive Mileage Pay Experienced drivers can earn up to $0.78/mile or $33.17/hour. Paid for every drop, hook, chain, fuel stop, and wait time. Benefits: Medical, dental, vision – You choose which plan suits you and our family. Employee pays up to 2% of gross income. Employee and Family pay up to 4% of gross income. 401K match of 100% on the first 5% contribution. Accrue 80 hours of PTO within the first 11 months. Holiday pay after your 90 days. Cell phone stipend. No touch freight. Home nightly on most routes
Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- Valid Class A CDL with Hazmat, Tanker, and Double/Triples endorsements
- One year of verifiable commercial driving experience with similar equipment
- Experience with double/triples preferred; training provided.
- Chaining is required, training available.
- Valid DOT Medical Certification
- Clean driving record – no DUI, reckless driving, or positive drug/alcohol screen in the past three years
- Strong communication skills with customers, co-workers, and management
- Basic proficiency in English for reading, writing, and verbal communication

- Experience with double/triples
Responsibilities
- Safely operate tractor-trailer combinations between terminals or meet points.
- Navigate challenging road conditions, including inclement weather.
- Consistently meet reliability and safety standards.
- Be prepared to chain up as needed.
- Flexibility to work weekends and/or nights if required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
