The Production Control team at Tesla is seeking skilled CDL A Drivers to join their workforce in Buffalo, New York. This full-time position requires drivers to operate trucks and trailers while adhering to safety and operational protocols. The role involves a variety of tasks, including daily inspections of vehicles, cleaning and detailing trucks, obtaining scale weights, and refueling. In addition to driving responsibilities, drivers will also be expected to perform material handling practices within the warehouse environment during downtime between loads. This may include utilizing heavy equipment and completing miscellaneous jobs as required by the team. The work schedule is structured in two shifts: Shift A runs from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and every other Wednesday, while Shift B covers Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and every other Wednesday. This position is crucial for maintaining the efficiency of the production control operations and ensuring that all logistics are handled smoothly and safely.
