About The Position

Weekly reset at home. Routes that don’t change every week. What You’ll Be Running Regional dry van freight operating from Southern California 2,000–2,400 miles per week depending on availability and performance Mix of drop-and-hook and live loads Freight is primarily no-touch Assigned late-model trucks (Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth) Dispatch that keeps you moving without unnecessary downtime Pay Structure Weekly earnings range from $1,300 to $1,500 All miles paid with consistent freight flow Direct deposit every week Additional earnings through safety and performance incentives Paid orientation included Home Time Home every week for a full 34-hour reset Option to stay out longer if you want to maximize miles Freight network designed to support reliable scheduling Training Program (Entry-Level Drivers) Entry-level drivers with a valid CDL-A are welcome Paid training lasting 3–5 weeks with a trainer on the road Focus on real-world driving, safety, and trip planning Transition to solo once performance standards are met Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Paid time off Company-paid life and AD&D insurance Rider and pet policy available for eligible drivers
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 6 months tractor-trailer experience or entry-level with CDL-A
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Responsible and safety-focused mindset
Responsibilities
- Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely and efficiently
- Complete required logs and inspections
- Stay on schedule for pickups and deliveries
- Communicate clearly with dispatch when needed
