SEMI LOCAL CDL-A DRIVER
About The Position
Semi local job for solo drivers Pay $0.46 - $0.50cpm with 2,550 miles per week on average. This lane works 5 consecutive days with 2 days off. However, drivers will be required to drive one weekend day at least. Work week starts at 09:00 for a 14 work day, there will be 2-3 nights per week on layover Lane runs to AZ, CA, CO, KS, NM, SD, TX, UT, and WY Drivers will be working with dry van and reefers Drivers must be physically fit to move pallets with electric pallet jacks Chain when needed (around 6-87 times per year) and be comfortable running mountain routes
Requirements
- 21 years old minimum, valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card.
- Verifiable and recent trailer driving experience with a good employment record
- Residency within 50 miles of the city is strictly enforced. Todd at 404.665.36.14 will help applicants to see if they qualify
- Clean driving record with no more than 2 accidents or violations within the last 3 years, this will be checked
- Drug-free status required, SAP candidates are NOT accepted
