About The Position
NEW GRADS ONLY ! TRAINNEE POSTITION New Grad position only. Grads will be paired with mentors for training, assessment and testing. Once qualified, they will be introduced to one of the biggest and most active carriers in the country! GET THAT EXPERIENCE NEEDED! Selected graduates will attend a 7- day class in Tontitown, AR Then they will spend 10 days with an On the Road mentor after which they will be sent to an on boarding location for Backing evaluation Pre-trip inspection Road test. Once approved, they will be given their first 1st Seat job with their own OTR division!!! truck trailer driving opportunities for drivers with ambition to start there career and are looking to make a LOT of money long term! It is with a big carrier so you need a clean record and no sap drivers ! We are looking for responsible drivers who want to make a strong career in trailer truck driving and make a LOT of money!!!
Requirements
- Must Have their CDL-A license with NO experience
- No more than 2 accidents or tickets in the last 3 years.
- Drivers should live at most within 30 miles around the city, this is strictly enforced.
