A guaranteed 34-hour reset every Saturday and Sunday, consistent freight across seven Midwest states, and a pay package that delivers week after week. PAY & SCHEDULE W2 — full-time, steady employment Base rate: $0.57 – $0.64 CPM by experience level Weekly earnings: $1,300 – $1,700 gross average Miles per week: 2,300 – 2,700 Sign-on bonus: $4,000 paid in milestones Stop pay, detention pay, and layover protection included Orientation paid in full HOME TIME Every weekend — 34-hour reset guaranteed Saturday and Sunday without exception THE LANES Dedicated territory: WI, IL, MO, KS, IA, IN, OH All freight is 100% no-touch 60% drop and hook, 40% live load operations High weekly volume — no slow weeks, no dead miles FULL BENEFITS PACKAGE : Medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage 401(k) retirement plan with company match and stock purchase option Life insurance, disability, and accident coverage Pet and rider policy from day one — no waiting period
Requirements
- Class A CDL in good standing, 21 years or older
- Minimum 3 months recent experience with 40ft+ trailers
- Clean MVR — no DUI or SAP within the past 5 years
- Secure home parking for assigned equipment required
