About The Position

Falcon Farms is one of the leading fresh-cut flower distributors in the United States. Since 1987, the company has expanded its operations with farms in Colombia and Ecuador, and distribution centers in Miami, Atlanta, Phoenix, Dallas, Long Beach, and California. We believe in teamwork, professional development, and providing a safe, positive, and growth-oriented work environment. We are seeking qualified CDL Class A drivers for our California operation. This role focuses on operating 53' trailers and refrigerated trucks, handling mostly local routes and occasional regional deliveries. The driver will be responsible for safe operations, on-time deliveries, and full compliance with DOT regulations.

Requirements

Valid CDL Class A license from your state of residence (no temporary or instructional permits).
At least 3 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
Must be 21 years or older.
Clean driving record:
No more than 2 Type B violations in the past 18 months.
No more than 4 combined accidents and Type B violations in the past 3 years.
No Type A violations in the last 3 years (e.g., DUI, reckless driving, hit and run, license suspension).
No suspensions or revocations within the past 2 years.
Must pass DOT drug screen and physical.
High School Diploma or GED.
Full understanding and compliance with DOT regulations.
Drivers over 65 must provide a current medical certificate (within the past 6 months).

Responsibilities

Operate commercial vehicles, including 53' refrigerated trailers.
Perform local and regional deliveries as scheduled.
Load and unload product (pallets or racks).
Follow all company and DOT safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication.
Work extended or flexible shifts, including early mornings, weekends, or holidays during peak seasons.
Participate in seasonal operations (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.).
