About The Position

You'll work closely with our dispatch team, navigate local routes, and help shape a customer experience that's second to none. Schedule: Monday-Friday OTR Pay: 0.713 CPM $25 stop pay, $50 lumper/day, $60 trip allowance Weekly pay! Potential $1300 quarterly safety bonuses

Requirements

A valid Class A CDL
At least 36 months of consecutive driving experience in the last 3 years
Minimum 24 months full-time tractor/trailer driving within that period
No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
Clean background check and drug/alcohol screening
Pass DOT physical and meet FMCSA requirements

Responsibilities

Operate company-assigned Class A truck safely and responsibly
Load and arrange freight for efficient delivery order
Adjust to local travel conditions (traffic, road closures, etc.)
Answer customer questions with professionalism and courtesy
Communicate any customer concerns or delivery issues to management
Collaborate with dispatch to plan routes and track deliveries
Maintain your assigned truck in clean and working condition
