Account Overview
Dedicated Dollar Tree account hauling dry van freight
Multi-stop regional routes (2–5 stops per load)
Drivers hand unload cartons using gravity rollers
Average unload rate: 500 pieces/hour
Typical trailer: ~3,600 pieces
Backhauls on approximately 20% of loads
Steady, year-round freight (non-seasonal)

Route & Work Details
Average weekly miles: 1,984
Average weekly stops: 7
Delivery days: Monday–Saturday
5–6 day work week
Home weekly for a 34-hour reset (routed through home market when possible)
Weekends not guaranteed

Training
Two-week unload training program
Ride-along with experienced Dollar Tree driver

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 6 months recent CDL A driving experience
• Ability to physically unload freight using gravity rollers
• Clean driving record and DOT compliance
• Willingness to run regional multi-stop routes.
