About The Position
We are hiring professional Class A CDL drivers to run a dedicated lane between Phoenix, AZ and Southern California markets. This is a consistent, high-mileage lane with weekly home time and no-touch freight. Position Details Run between Southern California and Phoenix, AZ, back and forth Customers will vary within the lane Expected weekly miles: 2,000 – 2,250 Home weekly (approximately every 5.5 days) All Dry Van Freight Drop & Hook No Touch Freight Driver Pay & Bonuses Annual earnings: $51,000 – $79,000 (Weekly pay avg. $1,200 - $1,600) Safety Bonus: Additional $0.01 – $0.03 per mile, paid quarterly Detention Pay: $20 per hour Breakdown Pay Scheduled annual wage increases Benefits: Latest Kenworth, Freightliner, and International tractors New equipment kept under warranty for improved uptime Trucks governed at 68 MPH Paid orientation and training Newly remodeled coast-to-coast terminal facilities Full Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance & Accidental Death and Dismemberment 401(k) with company match Paid vacation
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Good work history and clean MVR
- Safety-first attitude with a proven driving record
