About The Position
Are you someone who really LOVES driving? Would you like to test drive pre-production and prototype vehicles? Want to be home every night? If so then look no further, we have an COVID SAFE & AWESOME opportunity for you. Kett Engineering is looking for good, dependable and safe drivers to join our team at our customer location in New Carlisle, IN. The position requires the drivers to drive and evaluate advanced tractor/trailers and other vehicles for testing purposes. You will be conducting the pre & post trip safety inspections as required of the vehicles. Once completed you will be driving on "real world" durability test routes on various road surfaces throughout an 8 hour shift. Then at the end of the shift you will be completing a report and document findings during your shift in a very clear and concise manner. Shift Hours: 1st shift: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm 2nd shift: 3:30 pm - 12:00 am 3rd shift: 11:30 pm - 8:00 am Pay rate is $26.00 - 28.00/hr. DOE plus benefits
