2nd Shift CDL A Driver (2:30pm - 10:30pm)

Our state-of-the-art automotive disassembly plant in Camden, New Jersey has the capacity to dismantle 7000+ vehicles each month. We are one of the country’s largest automobile recyclers and your go-to source for used auto parts online – any year, any make, and any model. We have thousands of car parts listed on our online store ready to be shipped nationwide. We take pride in being involved in every step of the process and being able to ship used auto parts to our customer’s doors nationwide. My Auto Store is currently hiring a CDL Class A Driver responsible for transporting automotive parts between West Deptford, NJ and Harrisburg, PA on the second shift, 2:30pm to 10:30pm. This is a hands-on driving role that includes loading and unloading a 53’ trailer, maintaining equipment, and supporting facility operations when needed. This position requires drivers who are dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working outdoors and driving night routes. This is a union position which pays $30.63/hr
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A License
- 6 months – 1 year of CDL driving experience required
- Comfortable driving overnight/night routes
- Ability to load/unload freight and perform physical work
- Knowledge of DOT and motor carrier safety regulations
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong reliability and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Rolloff experience preferred (not required)
- Basic mechanical knowledge of trucks and trailers is a plus
Responsibilities
- Drive company tractor-trailer between West Deptford, NJ and Harrisburg, PA
- Safely load and unload automotive parts from a 53’ trailer
- Pick up full containers and unload at designated locations
- Secure loads following DOT regulations
- Maintain service logs, trip records, and inspection reports
- Communicate regularly with Dispatch regarding assignments and trip numbers
- Perform manual material handling and general facility upkeep
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist with additional duties as assigned
