About The Position
Do you have at least 3 months of CDL-A experience? If you’re looking for a consistent account with reliable pay and weekly home time, this high-demand dedicated route offers steady freight and strong earning potential. Job Highlights Dedicated account with steady, year-round work Average 1,100 miles per week 1–6 stops per load Operating area: VA, NC, DC, PA, NH, OH, WV (within a 700-mile radius of Front Royal, VA) 24/7 on-site support team Pay Structure (Experience-Based CPM) Starting at $0.60 per mile Up to $0.73 per mile based on experience Home Time & Schedule Weekly home time (34-hour reset) Consistent freight year-round Schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays as required
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A
- Minimum 3 months of experience (newer drivers accepted)
- Ability to handle 100% touch freight (live unloads)
- Strong customer service skills and professional attitude
- Ability to bring two weeks of supplies to orientation
