Odyssey Logistics is seeking an experienced Driver Recruiter to support CDL-A hiring across multiple terminals and markets. This role manages the full recruiting lifecycle—from lead generation and screening through onboarding—while ensuring candidates meet DOT and company safety requirements. You will partner closely with Operations, Safety, and HR to maintain an organized pipeline of qualified drivers and help move candidates efficiently through the hiring process. This position requires someone who is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple driver openings across different lanes and geographic markets, and experienced using Tenstreet to manage recruiting workflows.
