We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated individual to join our team of seasoned professionals to meet customer commitments and rapidly growing business needs. Kathairos Driver / Operators are responsible for the safe transportation of liquid nitrogen from local production and storage facilities to customer locations. Driver / Operators will also operate a skid steer to load and unload microbulk liquid nitrogen tanks and deliver these tanks to customer locations.

  • Complete proper pre/post-trip inspections on truck and perform minor repairs (e.g. air leaks, lights, mudflaps).
  • Safely load/unload and transport liquid nitrogen to various locations in purpose-built trucks.
  • Safely load and deliver microbulk nitrogen tanks to customer locations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on our assets (tighten fittings, leak monitoring and install / replace minor tank devices).
  • Provide initial training to new employees and conduct regular training and coaching to all employees.
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time (e.g. logbooks, trip sheets, nitrogen fill tickets).
  • Complete Health, Safety and Environment training / documents as required.
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Valid Tanker and HazMat endorsements.
  • Must meet all current DOT requirements.
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no more than 1 citation and 0 at-fault accidents within the last 3 years.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong computer skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
  • Must have good interpersonal skills and work both collaboratively and independently.
  • Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug and alcohol test.
  • Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
  • Previous Cryogenic experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
  • Off road oilfield hauling experience considered an asset.
  • Full-time, hourly position with benefits effective Day 1
  • Guaranteed minimum 80-hours bi-weekly (+ OT as needed)
