About The Position

As a Mentor/Trainer Driver at American Transport Team, you will play a crucial role in training new drivers while also earning a competitive salary. Requirements

• Valid CDL-A License with a clean driving record.
• At least 3 months of verified driving experience.
• Ability to pass DOT drug screen, background check, and road test.
• Positive attitude and professional training skills.

Responsibilities

• Train new drivers and provide mentorship.
• Control the driving schedule, ensuring students drive a minimum of 5 hours per day.
• Manage flexible downtime between student training sessions.
• Participate in the Mentor Development Training program.
