About The Position
This position is designed for experienced drivers who are interested in training new drivers while leasing a truck. The program allows drivers to lease a Peterbilt 579 with a Cummins engine, providing an opportunity to earn income by training others. The leasing terms are favorable, with zero down payment and no credit check required. Drivers will have minimal deductions from their pay, which include only the truck payment and insurance. The compensation structure is attractive, as drivers earn $1.50 for every mile they drive, including the miles driven by their trainees. Additionally, drivers can earn bonuses based on the performance of their trainees for a full year after the trainee leaves their truck. The routes are primarily dry van and mostly dedicated, with no runs extending past Texas or into the Northeast.
