About The Position
This position is designed for experienced drivers who are interested in training new drivers while leasing a truck. The program allows drivers to lease a Peterbilt 579 with a Cummins engine, providing an opportunity to earn income through both their own driving and the driving of their trainees. The program features zero down payment and no credit check, making it accessible for many drivers. The compensation structure is straightforward, with drivers earning $1.50 for every mile driven, including the miles driven by their trainees. Additionally, drivers can earn bonuses based on the performance of their trainees for a full year after the trainee leaves their truck.
