About The Position
Crete Carrier is actively seeking dedicated truck drivers to join our team. As a Certified TopPay Carrier, we pride ourselves on offering competitive compensation and benefits to our drivers. The top 50 percent of our drivers earn an average of $90,518 per year, reflecting our commitment to rewarding hard work and dedication. Our drivers are the backbone of our operations, ensuring that customers receive their deliveries safely and on time. At Crete Carrier, we offer a variety of driving options to suit your lifestyle. Our drivers can choose to be part of our fleet that operates on a schedule of 21 days out with 1 day home for every 6 days worked. This flexibility allows our drivers to balance their work and home life effectively. We also pay practical versus short route miles, which can result in an additional 3-5% in earnings annually. In 2023, we contributed $13 million to our profit-sharing program, demonstrating our commitment to sharing success with our drivers. We are looking for individuals with at least one year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience and a valid Class A CDL.
