CDL A Driver - Equipment Hauling
About The Position
This position loads and unloads small to mid-sized pieces of material handling and construction equipment. Driving is within NC, VA & SC. Typical workday is 8 - 10 hours. ACT is a leading dealer of material handling and construction equipment. Our driver provides deliveries of equipment to our customers and other branches within North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. Requirements
- Must have current CDL (A)
- Experience using roll-backs
- Experience with a detached trailer
- Experience delivering small to mid-size pieces of heavy equipment a plus
- Ability to follow DOT regulations on tying down and hauling equipment
- Safety-minded
- Ability to interact with customers
- Learn features of our equipment
- Must be able to lift over 75 lbs.
- Clean driving record for last 3 years
