About The Position

We’re hiring CDL-A drivers for a steady, dedicated reefer route offering consistent miles, reliable home time, and excellent pay. If you’re comfortable driving nights and want guaranteed weekends off, this is the route for you.
Position Overview:
Route: Missouri to WI, IL, IA, and OH – round trip
100% no-touch reefer freight, occasional dry van loads
Schedule:
Home every weekend (Friday afternoon/evening through Sunday evening)
Night driving required

Requirements

• At least 6 months recent Class A OTR or Regional (reefer or dry van)
• Max 2 moving violations in last 3 years (no major)
• Max 2 DOT preventable accidents in last 3 years (no injuries, rear-ends, jackknifes, or rollovers)
• No speeding 20+ MPH combined with other violations
• Stable work history (no more than 3 jobs in 1 year or 6 in 3 years)
• Clean criminal record: No felonies in 7 years / misdemeanors in 3
• Must be off parole/probation: 5 years (felony) or 3 years (misdemeanor)
