Responsibilities

• Run the most miles and maximize pay driving over-the-road
• Get home weekly with steady miles and pay (Dedicated routes)
• Achieve daily home time, predictable pay, shift options and bonus opportunities (Local routes)
• Drive solo and earn steady pay with complete freedom in your truck
• Join another driver as a Team to accelerate pay potential and average 5,000 miles per week
• Run your own mini business through the Lease Purchase program
• Help the next generation of drivers as a Mentor
• Help new drivers develop safety-conscious habits from the beginning
• Log 20,000 safe miles (for new drivers before switching lanes)
