About The Position

BLACKHAWK TRANSPORT, a leader in dedicated transportation, is hiring for a Regional Account position that allows drivers to be home weekly. Company drivers are welcome to apply, with an earning potential of $70,000 to $80,000 per year. The pay structure includes payment by the mile, with additional flat pay for tarp and strapping management. There are opportunities for bonuses, including safety, referral, and inspection bonuses. The schedule consists of 5.5 days of work per week, allowing drivers to pick their reset time. Tarping, strapping, and securing loads are required, with tarp assistance available at most locations. The position involves no touch freight and offers remote orientation.

Requirements

• Must have a valid CDL A driver's license.
• Must be at least 23 years of age.
• Minimum of 12 months of tractor-trailer experience with flatbed.
• Good safety record, including PSP.
• Must meet or exceed all DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive a tractor-trailer to transport goods safely and efficiently.
• Tarp, strap, and secure loads as required.
• Participate in remote orientation as needed.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
