About The Position

J&R Schugel is offering CDL Class A Reefer & Van opportunities for dedicated, regional, and OTR driving positions. Located in New Ulm, MN, the company provides a competitive starting pay ranging from $0.57 to $0.65 CPM. The routes cover a wide area including the Midwest, Texas, and parts of the Northeast and Southeast, supported by multiple terminals. Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• Proven experience as a truck driver with a clean driving record.
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance with regulations.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with reefer and van trailers.
• Familiarity with in-cab scanning technology.
• Military experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive Class A vehicles safely and efficiently on designated routes.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel use, and other required documentation.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members.
• Ensure the vehicle is in good working condition and report any issues promptly.
