About The Position
LTI Trucking Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced CDL A Company Regional Reefer Driver to join our family-oriented team based in St. Louis. Our company operates across the Midwest, East, and South, providing our drivers with a variety of routes and opportunities. Our commitment to our drivers means you can expect to be home every two weeks, with an average earning potential of $1,500+ per week. As a CDL A OTR Driver with LTI, you will enjoy competitive pay rates, starting at up to $0.62 per mile on longer loads and $0.72 per mile on shorter loads. This pay structure includes a base pay of $0.60 per mile, along with an additional $0.02 Performance Pay. Our drivers typically cover over 2,000 miles per week, allowing for substantial earnings while maintaining a work-life balance. We provide our drivers with modern 2020 and newer Freightliner Cascadias equipped with APUs, inverters, refrigerators, and microwave capabilities. Our trucks also feature double bunk options, Bluetooth connectivity, and are pet-friendly, making your time on the road comfortable and enjoyable.
