About The Position
LTI Trucking Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced CDL A Company Regional Reefer Driver to join our family-oriented team based in St. Louis. Our company operates across the Midwest, East, and South, providing our drivers with a variety of routes and opportunities. As a CDL A OTR Driver, you will enjoy the benefit of being home every two weeks while averaging over $1,500 per week. Our pay structure is competitive, starting at up to $0.62 per mile on longer loads and $0.72 per mile on shorter loads, which includes a base pay of $0.60 per mile plus an additional $0.02 in performance pay. With the potential to drive over 2,000 miles per week, our drivers can maximize their earnings while enjoying a supportive work environment. Our fleet consists of 2020 and newer Freightliner Cascadias equipped with APUs, inverters, and refrigerators, ensuring a comfortable driving experience. We also offer double bunk options, Bluetooth connectivity, and a pet-friendly policy. Our drivers benefit from a 401K plan with company matching, EZ Pass for tolls, and a high percentage of drop and hook loads, making your job easier and more efficient. In addition to competitive pay, we provide comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance, along with life insurance. Our drivers are paid weekly and receive a $0.01+ anniversary pay every year, as well as a generous $5,000 referral bonus for bringing new drivers into our family.
