Crowley CDJR — Now Hiring Automotive Sales Consultants (Bristol, CT 06010) Location: Crowley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Bristol, Connecticut Position: Full‑Time CDJR Vehicle Sales Consultant Start Date: Immediate About Us Crowley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is part of Crowley Auto Group, a trusted name in Connecticut for sales, service, and customer‑first experiences. Our Bristol CDJR store is growing, and we’re looking for energetic, customer-focused sales consultants who take pride in their product knowledge, communication, and follow-through. What You’ll Sell As a Sales Consultant, you’ll represent the full 2025–2026 CDJR lineup and a diverse pre‑owned inventory, including: Jeep® Wrangler • Grand Cherokee • Compass • Renegade • Gladiator • Wagoneer/Grand Wagoneer Dodge Durango • Hornet • Charger (where available) • Challenger (pre‑owned) Chrysler Pacifica • Pacifica Hybrid • Chrysler 300 (pre‑owned) Ram Trucks Ram 1500 • Ram 2500/3500 Heavy Duty • Ram ProMaster Vans Pre‑Owned Vehicles All makes and models

Requirements

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and organized
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a professional, welcoming approach
• Present CDJR features, technology, safety systems, and ownership benefits clearly
• Guide customers through needs assessment, test drives, financing options, and delivery
• Maintain current product, incentive, and manufacturer program knowledge
• Communicate monthly specials and promotions effectively
• Build lasting relationships to generate referrals and repeat business
• Coordinate with service, finance, and management teams to ensure smooth customer experiences
