Requirements

Go-getters with a competitive spirit and a drive to succeed
Previous Sales experience (automotive is a plus, but not a dealbreaker!)
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
A self-motivated, goal-oriented attitude
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for greeting customers as they enter the dealership and directing them where they need to go
Assist customers in selecting the ideal CDJR vehicle to match their needs
Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle features and performance
Build strong relationships through customer service and follow-ups
Collaborate with management to finalize sales and ensure customer satisfaction
Stay up-to-date on the latest CDJR models, promotions, and financing options
Exceed sales goals and earn rewarding commission while doing what you love
