About The Position
The position involves collecting and analyzing data to provide reports for hospital-wide use and making recommendations as appropriate. The role participates in the planning, development, implementation, and ongoing success of the Clinical Documentation Management Program within the company. It includes educating members of the patient care team regarding documentation guidelines and reviewing medical records to facilitate appropriate physician documentation for clinical conditions or procedures.
