Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Weigh dye, set temperature, sew in goods, change boxes, locate finished goods, clean dry cans, re-pin or change number of ends, and fix breakouts.
• Fill wash boxes, set controls, cut out roll ups, check all QC functions, get out folds, get out twists, and pulls mat.
• Put ends back on rollers, sweep and clean up from entry to exit, pull and re-file master file.
• Check tape width before and after processing. Fill out production sheets, quality approval sheets, and check lists.
• Keep dye house clean after using chemicals and dyes. Pack boxes
• Comply with TapeCraft’s Environmental, Quality, Health, Safety & 5S objectives, polices & programs, and relevant procedures.
• Performs other position-related duties as assigned.
