About The Position

In this vital role as Associate Director Portfolio Insights, you will lead insights generation through a multitude of data sources and engage several cross-functional colleagues to develop a comprehensive understanding of performance and provide strategic and tactical recommendations to drive it. This role will enable the organization to make real-time strategic choices and reach more appropriate patients through efficient promotion. You will work on-site 2-3 days a week in Thousand Oaks, CA, utilizing strong data and tools to extract meaningful insights to drive business across the portfolio or specific brands. You will employ advanced analytical methods to analyze and provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders, standardizing outputs for ease of replication. Your responsibilities will include engaging with colleagues to ensure alignment with business objectives, translating complex analytical findings into clear insights, and managing multiple cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Doctorate degree and 3 years of analytics experience OR Master's degree and 7 years of analytics experience OR Bachelor's degree and 9 years of analytics experience OR Associate's degree and 12 years of analytics experience OR High school diploma / GED and 14 years of analytics experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience.

  • Strong working knowledge of Tableau, SQL, SAS, or R.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including mentoring junior analysts.
