About The Position

Rowland is seeking a dependable CCTV Operator to join our team. This full-time position involves performing various services related to the inspection and cleaning of water, sewer, and drainage systems. The role requires operating CCTV equipment to inspect pipelines, documenting work progress, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

• 1-2 years' experience with water, sewer, televising, jetting, or CIPP construction.
• General knowledge of the operation of closed video camera equipment and high-pressure sewer cleaning equipment.
• Strong knowledge of plans and specifications.
• Proficient skills with lasers, line, and grade.
• Strong customer service and communication skills along with mechanical aptitude are required.
• General knowledge of the occupational hazards of the work and necessary safety precautions.
• Driver's License (required).

Nice To Haves

• NASSCO Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform services ranging from locating manholes from a map to performing confined space entry operations.
• Operate remote cameras utilizing CCTV to record interiors of various pipelines for inspections.
• Provide visual inspections and documentation of work progress.
• Perform jetting, cabling, and installing clean-outs.
• Locate manholes from a map and perform miscellaneous related duties as assigned.
• Operate and maintain all equipment necessary for sewer maintenance, inspection, and rehabilitation tasks.
• Store footage and watch surveillance.
