About The Position

CCTA Remote Technologist (Cardiac CT Post-Processing) Position Summary Precision Imaging Centers is seeking an experienced CCTA Remote Technologist to perform advanced post-processing and analysis of Coronary Computed Tomography Angiography (CCTA) studies from a remote location. This role partners closely with cardiologists, radiologists, and emergency physicians to ensure high-quality cardiac imaging interpretation through precise 3D reconstruction, quality review, and structured reporting. Requirements

ARRT (CT) certification – American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (Computed Tomography)
Minimum of 2+ years of cardiac CT or CCTA post-processing experience
Proficiency with advanced cardiac imaging software, such as: HeartFlow TeraRecon Vital Images
Strong understanding of coronary anatomy and cardiac imaging protocols
Ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliable high-speed internet

Nice To Haves

SCCT Level II or Level III training in cardiac CT
Experience with FFRct workflows
Prior experience supporting AI-based cardiac imaging platforms

Responsibilities

Perform advanced 3D reconstruction and post-processing of CCTA datasets
Generate multiplanar reformats (MPR), curved planar reformats (CPR), maximum intensity projections (MIP), and 3D volume renderings
Analyze and process Fractional Flow Reserve (FFRct) studies as applicable
Review imaging datasets to ensure diagnostic quality, including spatial and temporal resolution
Verify that studies meet established guidelines from the Society of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography (SCCT)
Identify artifacts or technical limitations and escalate concerns appropriately
Assist with validation and labeling of AI-driven plaque analysis tools
Support algorithm improvement initiatives through structured data review
Prepare structured findings and transmit processed cases to reading cardiologists and radiologists
Communicate with imaging centers or technologists regarding scan quality or additional reconstruction needs
Maintain full HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality in a remote environment
