About The Position

CCTA Remote Technologist (Cardiac CT Post-Processing) Position Summary Precision Imaging Centers is seeking an experienced CCTA Remote Technologist to perform advanced post-processing and analysis of Coronary Computed Tomography Angiography (CCTA) studies from a remote location. This role partners closely with cardiologists, radiologists, and emergency physicians to ensure high-quality cardiac imaging interpretation through precise 3D reconstruction, quality review, and structured reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, clinically knowledgeable, and highly proficient in cardiac CT software platforms. Requirements

  • ARRT (CT) certification – American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (Computed Tomography)
  • Minimum of 2+ years of cardiac CT or CCTA post-processing experience
  • Proficiency with advanced cardiac imaging software, such as: HeartFlow TeraRecon Vital Images
  • Strong understanding of coronary anatomy and cardiac imaging protocols
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliable high-speed internet

Nice To Haves

  • SCCT Level II or Level III training in cardiac CT
  • Experience with FFRct workflows
  • Prior experience supporting AI-based cardiac imaging platforms

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced 3D reconstruction and post-processing of CCTA datasets
  • Generate multiplanar reformats (MPR), curved planar reformats (CPR), maximum intensity projections (MIP), and 3D volume renderings
  • Analyze and process Fractional Flow Reserve (FFRct) studies as applicable
  • Review imaging datasets to ensure diagnostic quality, including spatial and temporal resolution
  • Verify that studies meet established guidelines from the Society of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography (SCCT)
  • Identify artifacts or technical limitations and escalate concerns appropriately
  • Assist with validation and labeling of AI-driven plaque analysis tools
  • Support algorithm improvement initiatives through structured data review
  • Prepare structured findings and transmit processed cases to reading cardiologists and radiologists
  • Communicate with imaging centers or technologists regarding scan quality or additional reconstruction needs
  • Maintain full HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality in a remote environment
