The CCO Performance Analytics Manager position is part of the Oregon Health Authority’s Medicaid Division Coordinated Care Organization (CCO) Operations section in the Quality Assurance unit. This role involves providing leadership and supervision to the CCO Quality Assurance Performance Analytics team, developing a data infrastructure to monitor Oregon’s Managed Care Organizations’ performance against state and federal requirements, and collaborating with various internal and external partners. The position emphasizes data analytics and the development of CCO readiness reviews in advance of new waiver-related services.
