About The Position

Join our Clinical Operational Leadership Training (COLT) Program and prepare to become a Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) at a Pennant-affiliated company. This paid, 3-4 month program provides real, on-the-job experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to lead your own clinical operation in the future. You'll dive into clinical management, business strategies, and leadership while receiving guidance from top leaders who will help you develop the skills needed to succeed. After completing the program, you'll have the chance to take on a leadership role as a Director of Clinical Services (DCS/DPCS).

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of clinical experience (RN, PT, OT)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (MBA or MHA is a plus)
  • Ability to pass state-required licensing exams (varies by state)
  • Willingness to relocate and travel as part of the dynamic, hands-on training program
  • After graduation, willingness to relocate to an opportunity that matches your interests and skills

Nice To Haves

  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset and want to build something from the ground up
  • Love leading and building teams
  • Have experience in marketing or financial management (but not required)
  • Show a long-term commitment to your career path

Responsibilities

  • Gain hands-on experience in all aspects of running a healthcare operation, from clinical management to business strategy.
  • Receive guidance from experienced leaders who will help you develop your leadership skills and prepare you for a successful career as a CCO.
  • Play a key role in leading the clinical side of the operation as the right hand of the Executive Director (ED).
