About The Position
As the EDI & Technical Team Supervisor, you will be responsible to oversee the daily operations and deliverables of the EDI Technical team and serve as the primary liaison to EDI vendors. Hire, train, develop, coach and mentor individual team members; optimize resources to ensure positive CCO staff, member and provider experiences; identify opportunities to maximize operational efficiencies in processes, people and systems; ensure technical operations and monitoring are executed accurately, timely and in compliance with regulations and industry and technical standards; and monitor and prioritize vendor issues and enhancements. You will engage and collaborate with Configuration and Claims Operations, IT teams and other departments to respond to service requests, triage and troubleshoot EDI related issues from members and providers.
