Infosys is seeking a Lead Consultant who has experience in CCM (Quadient) . As a Lead Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the configuration, setup, integration of CCM platform with the overall solution. You will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions within an enterprise environment. This role involves integrating various enterprise applications, Quadient Suite, and Mail house services, to streamline communication processes and enhance customer engagement. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 8 years of experience in Information Technology Candidate must be located in Newark, NJ or be willing to relocate to the location. This position may require travel to project locations. Strong understanding of Quadient Inspire product suite, Scalar / Automation, Interactive and Messenger capabilities
