CCIP/OCIP Program Administrator

The CCIP/OCIP Program Administrator is a vital contributor to the client account team at Marsh McLennan Agency. This position supports the Contractor Controlled Insurance Program (CCIP) and Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP), playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and administration of these programs. The ideal candidate will be a sharp individual who is committed to a long-term position within a renowned and growing organization. While insurance experience is preferred, it is not a strict requirement, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to enter the field. In this role, the Program Administrator will work closely with the Account Manager, Account Executive, and Senior Account Consultant to coordinate service on the accounts and implement, maintain, and close-out wrap-up programs. Daily responsibilities include providing client service and CCIP assistance, gathering enrollment information, documents, and monthly payroll reports from contractors. The administrator will also coordinate the processing and administration of contractor enrollments, payroll, Certificates of Insurance, and Policies. Effective communication with insurance carriers regarding enrollments, payroll audits, policy issues, and endorsements is essential. The Program Administrator will be responsible for providing monthly Enrollment Reports to the insurance carriers and management, as well as financial reports to clients. Demonstrating technical expertise is crucial for maintaining CCIP duties, which include entering information into databases, managing certificate carrier data, following up with contractors for payroll reports, mailing certificate expiration letters, and processing Notices of Work Completion Forms. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
