About The Position

High Tech Genesis is seeking a skilled and motivated CCIE Certified Lab Expert to design, deploy, and manage advanced lab network infrastructure, particularly focusing on 5G ORAN technology. This role involves leading network operations, defining and executing test plans, and collaborating with engineering teams and vendors to ensure optimal performance and drive innovation in wireless networking.

Requirements

• CCIE certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Science with 7+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with 5G and Open RAN technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
• Expertise in data analysis, troubleshooting, SLA management, and communication.
• Strong understanding of Software Defined Labs (SDL) concepts and architecture.
• Proficiency in network virtualization and emulation technologies.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, provision, deploy, configure, and administer Lab network hardware and software.
• Create, revise, update, and maintain comprehensive documentation related to Lab network infrastructure.
• Lead activities in the 5G ORAN Lab network, ensuring seamless operations and fostering innovation.
• Define and execute test plans for the 5G ORAN Lab network, ensuring thorough testing of components and functionalities.
• Maintain strong relationships with Wireless Network Engineering, integrators, and vendors for upgrades, installations, and planning.
• Upgrade network by conferring with vendors, developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements.
• Manage the SDNC-INT monitoring tool.
• Oversee technical delivery, assessing and improving output and ensuring adherence to processes.
