About The Position

Calvary Chapel High School, a Christ-centered private high school competing in the CIF Southern Section, seeks a passionate and knowledgeable Head Coach to lead our boys volleyball program. The ideal candidate is committed to developing student-athletes both on and off the court, integrating faith and character formation with competitive excellence.

Requirements

Demonstrated success coaching volleyball at the high school, club, or collegiate level.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Commitment to discipleship and mentoring student-athletes.

Be an example to those who you come in contact and serve with by exuding the love of Christ.

Model a growing relationship with Christ; lead prayer and team devotions.
Build a healthy, competitive team culture focused on character, teamwork, and perseverance.
Plan and lead practices, manage game strategy, and mentor athletes.
Manage team budget.
Communicate clearly with players, parents, and staff.
Organize all aspects of the season, including tournaments, facilities, and logistics.
Uphold CIF-SS rules, school policies, and student-athlete safety.
