About The Position

The Center of Support (TCOS) Customer Ambassador - Sales and Support plays a crucial role in maximizing the profitability of our clients' beverage needs through effective relationship building. This position is designed to leverage these relationships to sell value, close brand and package voids, and expand flavor offerings. Additionally, the Customer Ambassador will influence engagement with myCoke, our self-service online ordering portal, ensuring active adoption among customers. A successful candidate will develop partnerships with both internal teammates and external customers, which is essential for maintaining and growing market share and competitive advantage. This is achieved through various key activities, including executing Sales and Marketing Campaigns via calls, emails, and chats, as well as engaging customers through initiatives that promote myCoke and provide sales and support services for existing customers. The role requires a proactive approach to sustaining and growing the customer beverage portfolio while meeting prescribed sales goals. This involves identifying beverage gaps and opportunities, focusing on customer needs-based selling, and engaging in promotional activities. The Customer Ambassador will also be responsible for resolving customer issues diplomatically, enhancing customer engagement, and providing general sales support, including troubleshooting and technical assistance. Building strong relationships with local field teams, delivery, and equipment services support is vital to effectively serve customers and meet business needs. The position demands excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, advanced problem-solving abilities, and strong organizational skills, along with proficiency in computer literacy and the MS Office Suite. Preferred candidates will have sales experience and a high level of business acumen, particularly in a B2B context.
