Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Automation, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with industrial vision systems.
  • Familiar with mainstream vision platforms such as Keyence, Cognex, Halcon, VisionPro, or similar systems.
  • Strong understanding of industrial cameras, lenses, and lighting principles.
  • PLC communication and on-site debugging experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design, debug, and maintain CCD vision systems for production lines, including positioning, inspection, and recognition applications.
  • Develop and optimize vision inspection algorithms to improve detection accuracy and system stability.
  • Select and tune cameras, lenses, and lighting systems to optimize image quality and inspection performance.
  • Integrate vision systems with PLCs, robots, and MES systems to enable automated production workflows.
  • Analyze and resolve on-site vision system issues and drive corrective and preventive actions to closure.
  • Prepare vision-related technical documentation, work instructions, and training materials.
  • Support new production line ramp-up, equipment FAT/SAT, and mass production launch.
