Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in CCaaS software design and implementation.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or computer engineering.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Expertise in coding languages including JavaScript, Python, Java, C++.
- Experience with NICE CXOne and/or Genesys Pure Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex CCaaS implementation projects.
- Develop end-to-end technical architecture and deployment documentation standards.
- Conduct requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews.
- Champion a culture of ownership and technical excellence across projects.
- Provide ongoing consultation for technical strategies and systems solutions.
