About The Position

The CC Soft Genetics Analyst/Consultant role at TEKsystems is focused on the implementation and administration of SCC Soft Genetics Information Systems, specifically managing the configuration and file builds for Oncology panels and related tests. This position requires strong communication skills to gather requirements from lab technicians and pathologists, and it involves leading vendor management meetings and ensuring successful upgrades of the SCC LIMS system.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with SCC's Genetics Information Systems Suite, specifically SoftFlowCytometry and SoftPathDx.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with lab technicians and pathologists.
• Implementation and administration experience with LIMS.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for file build and system configuration for new and existing Oncology panels, markers, and group tests.
• Lead weekly vendor management meetings and generate reports on vendor ticket statuses.
• Participate in vendor release scheduling and planning for software hotfixes and system configuration synchronizations.
• Review IT Central production tickets for root cause analysis and redirect to appropriate teams.
• Ensure successful delivery of SCC 4.x upgrade and configuration of tests and panels to meet lab operations needs.
• Direct the work of others to ensure timely and accurate LIMS system file build configuration.
• Support requirement elicitation and delivery for EGL oncology needs.
