We’re seeking a highly experienced and motivated CBTC Program Manager to lead the successful delivery of a major Communications-Based Train Control (CBTC) program. This is a brownfield implementation, requiring deep expertise in integrating advanced technology into an existing, operational transit system. As Program Manager, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of the CBTC program from strategy and specification development through contractor selection, design, testing, commissioning, and revenue service cutover. You’ll be the central point of contact for the client, building strong relationships across operations, maintenance, engineering, and executive leadership. This position requires relocation to the Pacific Northwest.
