About The Position

Interactive College of Technology (ICT) is currently accepting applications for instructors in our Office Technology division at our Morrow campus. Instructors in the Office Technology division provide instruction in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software applications. Through a unique computer-based-training delivery system, students are able to excel in learning the skills needed to pass the Microsoft Office Specialist certifications. Candidates for this position must enjoy working one-on-one with students helping them learn how computer technology can be applied to a variety of industries and fields. Instructors work with a variety of software packages in a fast-paced, computer-lab environment. The instructor’s position is the primary motivational source for students enrolled in courses at ICT. Instructors in this division mentor and guide students to course completion according to course completion dates and graduation from the program. ICT has operated for over forty years and offers one of the few full-time instructional positions with benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Part-time adjunct positions are available as well. Classes are available in the mornings and evening. This is an on-campus position.

Requirements

  • Must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant area.
  • Energetic personality with a desire to work with students one-on-one.
  • Must maintain the highest possible level of customer service to each student and serve as a conduit to other parts of the institution in order to enhance the student’s opportunity and desire to graduate.
  • Able to constantly provide positive re-enforcement to students.
  • Desire to follow structured syllabus and lesson plans.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience teaching adults in a structured environment is a plus.

Responsibilities
