About The Position

The Sports Production Intern position at CBS Sports HQ offers college students a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sports media production. This immersive 10-week paid internship program is designed for students who are passionate about sports and media, providing them with the chance to work on various digital platforms and learn from industry experts. Interns will be fully on-site and will engage in a range of responsibilities that contribute to the production of sports content for CBS Sports Digital.

Requirements

• Must be a Junior, Senior, or Master's student in the fall of 2025.
• Availability to intern full-time (5 days a week/36-40 hours a week) for 10 weeks starting in June.
• Employment eligibility to work with Paramount in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Interest in sports and media production.
• Familiarity with digital media platforms and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Capture and assemble clips using non-linear editing systems, Adobe Premier and other software.
• Edit content in a digital environment or digital broadcast facility for distribution across various digital media platforms.
• Prepare highlights and one-plays for distribution across multiple digital platforms.
• Screen content for use on all digital platforms, non-linear editing and encoding.
• Assist in developing innovative content for CBS Sports Digital platforms.
