About The Position

The CBRN Liaison position at Booz Allen is a full-time role focused on providing expertise in Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) defense and Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) operations. The role involves collaborating with military and civilian staff, partner organizations, and stakeholders to integrate CBRN considerations into strategic and operational plans. The CBRN Liaison will analyze potential threats, develop training programs, and ensure compliance with policies while maintaining effective communication across diverse teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience at the operational level of CWMD and CBRN defense operations and planning.
  • Experience with CBRN concepts, operational planning, doctrine, policy analysis, and CWMD and CCMD level processes and procedures.
  • Experience with software tools and platforms for planning, communication, and analysis.
  • Experience working in military or interagency planning environments, including Combatant Command, Service Component, or Joint Staff level.
  • Ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and build consensus.
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail, work independently, and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Completed JPME I Course.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Army and Joint warfighting, CWMD, and CBRN doctrine and policy.
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possession of excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Master's degree.
  • Completed JPME II Course.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with CWMD and European Theater staff to integrate CWMD and CBRN defense capabilities into strategic and operational plans.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on CBRN defense-related matters during planning and coordination meetings, exercises, and briefings.
  • Analyze and assess potential CBRN threats and hazards that could impact the CCMD's area of responsibility.
  • Analyze strategies to mitigate CBRN risks and enhance service and theater capability to respond effectively.
  • Provide analytical support for the development of CWMD and CBRN defense-related exercise scenarios and training programs to enhance operational readiness.
  • Liaise with partner organizations, host nation agencies, and international partners to enhance interoperability and information sharing in the CBRN domain.
  • Stay abreast of emerging CBRN defense technologies, trends, and best practices, providing recommendations for their integration into the CCMD's OAIs.
  • Provide analytical support for the development of CBRN defense-related policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to CWMD and CBRN defense efforts.
