The CBORD Administrator at UI Health is responsible for providing administrative support to management, which includes tasks such as ordering supplies, data entry, and filing. The role requires effective communication and interaction with customers, visitors, and employees in a professional manner. Responsibilities may vary based on client requirements and business needs.

  • Perform administrative functions including distributing mail, ordering, and stocking supplies.
  • Answer phones and greet visitors.
  • Assist unit management with clerical tasks related to accounting, payroll, receiving, and/or human resources.
  • Maintain office memos and informative postings.
  • Operate technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office.
  • Prior administrative experience preferred.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Experience in a customer service role.
