About The Position

The CBORD Administrator at UI Health is responsible for providing administrative support to management, which includes tasks such as ordering supplies, data entry, and filing. Requirements

  • Prior administrative experience preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative functions including distributing mail, ordering, and stocking supplies.
  • Answer phones and greet visitors.
  • Assist unit management with clerical tasks related to accounting, payroll, receiving, and/or human resources.
  • Maintain office memos and informative postings.
  • Operate technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office.
